What will the opening hours be? 

9am to 7pm
Tennis courts, gardens and woodland, bar and restaurant with both inside and outside seating areas for drinking and dining.  This will be reviewed weekly.

Last entry to the Club, last tennis booking and last orders are at 6pm.

Pre-booking is advised if you would like a table in the house or on the bar lawns and terrace. You can also organise a table to eat or drink when you arrive at the Club but this will be subject to availability.

What food and drinks are available? 

Breakfast is served 9am to 11:30am

Daily Menu is served 12 noon to 6pm

There will be table service in the house and to the bar lawns and terrace as well as takeaway options to enjoy in the Club grounds or at home.

Which areas will be open?

  • Club rooms, bar lawns and terrace for table service.
  • Gardens for relaxing, picnics or takeaway service. There is no need to approach the bar for drinks and food, there is a convenient order point outside.

Which areas will be closed?

  • Swimming pools and fenced pool area
  • Indoor play area

Do I need to book?

Yes, it is best to get in touch with us to avoid disappointment, particularly initially after opening.

  • Garden – please telephone to let us know you will be coming
  • Club rooms– please book a table for drinking and / or dining
  • Bar lawns and terrace– please book a table for drinking and / or dining
  • Tennis – please telephone to book a one-hour slot

Should I wear a mask and gloves?

It is entirely up to you if you would like to wear a mask and/ or gloves, we ask that you follow all the official guidance. Staff will be wearing all appropriate PPE.

Will events be happening?

Events and activities make it difficult to adhere to social distancing rules. We will review the Club events we have planned for summer as the guidance evolves. There are also no weddings or parties booked at St Julians during July.

Can I bring guests?

To begin with guests will not be permitted, to allow us to accommodate as many members who would like to visit the Club as possible. This will be reviewed weekly.

Why can’t I share a table in the Club house with my friends?

Social distancing with people not in your household still needs to be observed wherever possible at 2m. Our tables are simply not large enough for two families to sit together and observe the required social distance. We are very happy to book you and your friends on two tables next to each other.

You can meet in groups of up to six people from different households on our outside tables as long as you are following social distancing guidelines. You can sit in the garden with your friends as long as there is 2m between each household.
