This menu is created each day by our chefs using seasonal ingredients – here is a sample menu:

Roast salmon rillettes with pickled cucumber & caper salad & crisp bread

Panko crusted lamb rump with kale, celeriac & apple slaw

Seared Hereford ribeye steak with sautéed mushrooms, crispy onion rings & chips

Ballotine of chicken with wild mushroom & spinach stuffing, crisp sauté potatoes & sautéed fine beans

Crispy beer battered haddock fillet with homemade chips, peas & tartare sauce

Slow cooked osso bucco curry with basmati rice, poppadums & flat bread

Panko crusted aubergine with braised puy lentils & roasted cherry vine tomatoes (v)

Calves liver with pearl barley risotto, smoked bacon, caramelised onion & red wine jus
