St Julians has three rooms available to hire for business meetings and conferences: the Lounge, the Gallery and the Conference Room. The rooms are available day and evening with audio visual equipment and broadband. The rooms can be hired individually or altogether. We offer a full range of refreshments and catering options including breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Our dedicated team of event co-ordinators will work with you to ensure that all your requirements are met prior to the event, and our experienced staff will be on hand to serve you discretely and efficiently during the course of your meeting.

The Lounge is the largest of the three rooms and features unparalleled views of the Weald valley with direct access to our lovely terrace. It has ample space to break into smaller groups and the Conservatory can be included as a separate breakaway room.

The Gallery is a slightly smaller room which shares the views of the Weald valley and also has access to our garden terrace. It is an ideal room for boardroom meetings.

The dedicated conference room features a full wall of windows giving plenty of natural light with blinds to black out the room making it perfect for power point presentations.



All food is prepared in-house by our experienced chefs and menus can be created from simple buffets to formal seated functions.

We offer a full range of catering for business to suit all budgets. We offer a variety of hot & cold buffet menus for groups of ten or more. For meetings with fewer than ten delegates we will arrange a table in our restaurant and you can pre order from our daily luncheon menu during your mid-morning break. We are very flexible with catering and are happy to accommodate special requirements and diets.

Should you prefer a more formal business luncheon with a seated two or three course menu, we can accommodate these in a private room or in our restaurant.

For early morning starts we have a range of breakfast dishes available either for delegates requiring breakfast or for breakfast meetings.
