Membership renewal

You will receive a personalised renewal notice about a month before your membership expiry date. We are very happy to take payment over the phone if you prefer, just call during office hours with your card details. We offer a discount on your membership if we receive your total payment before your expiry date.

Should you decide to pay after your expiry date then the full subscription rate is payable. We are happy to accept payment of the Full rate for full and country members in instalments; please contact the Club Secretary for details. Download our blank renewal notice for prices.

Please be sure that we receive your payment before your expiry date. You will not be entitled to use the Club after your expiry date until your membership is renewed.

If your membership lapses and you wish to rejoin the Club more than one month after your expiry date you will also be charged 50% of the current entrance fee in addition to the full subscription.

Sleeping membership:

If members leaving the area or country notify us in writing of their impending absence, upon their return – should they wish to renew – no entrance fee will be charged.

Introducing New Members:

We have some space for new full family members at the moment, and we love it when our current members introduce their friends.

We like to give something back to you for introducing your friends to the Club:

10% off your next membership renewal for each family you introduce to the Club for Full membership.

This will apply when you propose a family, with both parents and children, and if their application is successful.

The extra discount will be deducted from your renewal fee in addition to the discount already offered for renewing before the due date.

For your own safety, please read the pool rules signs located in the pool area prior to swimming. Please also take notice of the pool depth markings.

The swimming pools are unsupervised – we recommend you do not swim alone.

Be sure to supervise your children (aged 16 and under) at all times when swimming and when in the swimming pool area.

St Julians DOES NOT provide lifeguards.

We recommend that you do not swim alone.

The pool is open from 6:30am – 10pm, from the beginning of April until the end October, unless otherwise stated on the entrance gate. Diving is not permitted in the shallow end of the main pool for safety reasons.

Diving is forbidden in the middle and paddling pools.

Non-swimmers and learners, who are being supervised by a responsible adult, may only use the middle pool, paddling pool and the shallow end of the main swimming pool.

Please refrain from running and jumping around the pool.

Lilos, balls, flippers or similar articles are not allowed in the pool – only non-swimmers are allowed inflatables to assist with their swimming.

No-one may indulge in such activities as pushing or throwing others into the water, ducking or similar horse-play in or around the pool; no ‘bombing’.

Please do not swim within one and a half hours after the consumption of food.

Please do not consume alcohol in the pool area. Glasses, bottles and crockery are not permitted in the pool area. Plastic glasses and disposable plates are available from the bar.
