We buy as
much as we can from sustainable sources and organic
suppliers. We are lucky enough to be able to use
home grown vegetables from our extensive vegetable
and kitchen gardens.
We
have sourced sausages which are naturally produced
without preservatives, local lamb and fish from
sustainable sources. We will be using these fresh
ingredients to make delicious homemade dishes,
offering less processed foods. We source some of
our meat from the farm next door, Romshed Farm,
which is organic and the cows graze on our fields.
