Vinyasa Yoga – Gatling Puech
We are excited to introduce Gatling to the Club, she holds a regular Friday morning class teaching Vinyasa Yoga which is a dynamic yoga flow with creative sequencing.
This yoga connects one posture to the next using the breath it helps to develop a more balanced body.
Fridays 9am – 10am (excluding bank holidays)
Flexible drop-in sessions – £12 (subject to space)
