International Women’s Day
Friday 8th March

We have a primarily female leadership team and proudly recognise and support the ability of women with families to work at St Julians.

St Julians was created during the 1950s when societal norms often placed limitations on women’s roles, particularly those with family responsibilities. It was a pioneering initiative set up by a group of families for communal living recognising that women should have the opportunity to pursue fulfilling careers and play active roles within the workplace and not just the home.

Today one of the original families, the Morgans, continue to be involved, with Nell and Bronwen in the senior team and with them, Sadie on the Board of Directors.

We are proud to continue to foster this environment of equality, contributing to the overall diversity and richness of the workplace at St Julians!
